- Full Price Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or a refund.
- Sale or Outlet items can be sent back for an exchange or credit at your own cost, unless confirmed as faulty.
- We want to be able to find new homes for your 9186 pieces, so we request that all items are returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached. That means items returned with makeup stains or sweat patches will not be accepted and will be returned to you as a return to sender.

If the item is found to be faulty by our Team, we will refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund.

- 9186 are not responsible for missing return parcels if they did not reach us, so we strongly advise ensuring your return/exchange is sent back to us with a trackable shipping method.
